Come join us as we observe and become more aware of our emotions and our bodies. We will also learn a valuable tool for understanding ourselves and coping with these emotions … Mindfulness! This series will cover what mindfulness is and how it can help us in our daily lives. Each class will cover a different style of mindfulness including discussion and practice. All children are encouraged to participate and share at a level that they are comfortable with. Class will also include a group craft activity resulting in a take home mindfulness “tool”.
