The "Just Fold it in" Series: Raising Your Vibration

Hey everyone it's Amanda and I'm back this week with another update to the, "Just Fold it in" series. So that's what I've been calling this series, where I'm defining more clearly some spiritual terms that are used often, but I find are often left kind of hanging and left not clearly defined. I'm calling it the, "Just Fold it in" series (for anyone who's not familiar), there's a tv series called Schitt's Creek, and the mother and adult son are making a recipe together. The mother just keeps telling him to "Just fold it in" and he doesn't know what she means and she doesn't know what it means either, so she just keeps saying, "Just fold it in". So that's what I'm relating to these spiritual terms that people keep repeating but not always necessarily knowing exactly what they mean. So far in this series, we have covered grounding and clearing your energy. If you've missed those you can look back in the other previous videos. Also, this week I wanted to add in, "raise your vibration". I think that's another term that gets thrown out there a lot in the spiritual world.

So what exactly does this mean? We have to remember that we're all energy ... everyone is energy, everything is made up of energy. Everything and everyone has its own vibrational frequency that it is emitting out into the world and that they're operating in. This can fluctuate and change, which is the good news, that we have some control over our energetic frequency and state. So, when we're in a high vibrational state, this can be described as light and easy, and peaceful. However, when in a lower vibrational state, this will feel heavier, darker and feels more difficult and stuck. When we're finding ourselves in those lower vibrational frequencies, this is a time for us to raise our vibration. So, what can we do now, when we realize that we're in this lower vibrational energy? What can we do now to raise our vibration?

One of the best ways to raise your vibration is through, gratitude. At the top of the emotional frequency chart is gratitude. It is one of the top emotions on the scale. So, if we can catch ourselves in those moments where we're feeling in that lower vibrational frequency and flip our thoughts to gratitude in the moment or implement a routine practice of gratitude at a certain time each day, we can immediate raise our vibrational frequency. I really like the book, 1000 gifts, where the author speaks about noticing all the things throughout daily life that we have to be grateful for ... all those beautiful small things that we overlook. For example, how the light hits soap bubble in the sink and creates a rainbow, how dewdrops look on the leaves in the morning, or the sound of a crackling fire. All those small moments that we can stop and anchor ourselves in the moment, adding to our mindfulness, adding to our presence in the moment, and raising our vibration with this gratitude.

Some other ways to raise your vibration is to surround yourself with beautiful nature, such as taking a walk in nature (adding in the exercise piece as well), surround yourself with positive media (TV, books, music, videos) and surrounding ourselves with positive relationships that nurture us. I think that's something that we maybe need to take a look at sometimes is, what are we allowing into our space, what types of media, are we consuming, and raising our vibration by carefully selecting what we're letting in.

Additional ways to raise your vibration include clearing methods such as: Palo Santo or Sage, clearing out physical clutter, or clearing out clutter from your calendar, taking a bath, a shower, or being in natural waters.

Looking at your diet is another great way to raise your vibration. So looking at reducing alcohol, caffeine, sugar, and any of those things that are in the lower vibration and adding in more of those high vibrational foods (fruits and vegetables and things that we know nourish our bodies).

Lastly, looking at the toxins that are we're letting into our life. Are there any areas of our life that we can reduce our toxic load and clean it up a little bit.

I hope that this was helpful for you to learn a little bit more about raising your vibration and hopefully there's some more clarity around what that means. Maybe you can try to incorporate one or more of these ideas into your life now. If there are any other terms that you'd like to see defined more clearly, please let me know!

If you're ready to take a look at your energy, and maybe you needed a little bit of time for yourself ... some clearing out and balancing you can schedule your Reiki appointment yourself right on my website, amandakugler.com.

The "Just Fold it in" Series: Grounding

This week I wanted to start a new series. I'm going to call it the, "Just fold it in" series. So if you're not familiar, there's a show called Schitt's Creek. In this show there's a scene where the mother is telling the son to just "fold in" the cheese into the dish that they're making. He didn't understand what she meant by "just fold it in" and she kept saying "just fold it in". This was a very funny scene, but I feel like it relates to a lot of these spiritual terms that people throw out, and a lot of times we're not always exactly sure what they're talking about. Most of the time they don't actually ever get defined well enough and we're left confused and unsure. So one of those terms for me was grounding. People would say you need to ground yourself or you have to ground your energy. I felt like in the beginning of my journey, everyone kept saying, "just ground your energy" and I was like, Okay? What? So it felt like that "just fold it in" scene for me. So I was hoping to do this series to hopefully bring a little more clarity to some of these terms.

For today, I want to talk about grounding, or grounding your energy. This practice is very important and helpful and it's not as complicated or involved as it sounds. So first I'll start with why what grounding is, why you might want to do it, and when you might need to do it. So grounding basically means to bring yourself back to the present moment, to immediately connect within, and to connect with your physical environment and your physical body. Grounding is pulling your mind back down, out of that other time/other place where it is. It's about balancing your energy between the spiritual, emotional, mental, and the physical. So, anchoring is another good word for it, anchoring yourself here in the physical body in the physical environment where you are.

Sometimes we can find ourselves getting lost in our mind and in our thoughts. Even possibly our spiritual connection can at times leave us feeling disconnected. We also need to make sure that we are balancing our energy and connecting back with the physical because we are here on Earth and in our physical bodies.

The question now is, when might you want to do this? You might want to do some grounding exercises when you feel scattered, or disorganized. When you notice that you are all over the place, when you're making mistakes left and right, when you can't get yourself together, it may be time for some grounding. Also, when you're feeling anxious or you're focusing too much on the future grounding will be helpful. Also, when you're feeling really disconnected from reality, or disconnected from others. Any kind of disconnection is a sign that it's time for some grounding. Lastly, if you're feeling really depressed, or really stuck on past experiences, and you find you are continuing to ruminate over and over, you might want to bring in a grounding exercise.

There are several different ways that you can ground your energy and there's no wrong way. Find what resonates for you and what feels right, or just doing whatever you can remember in the moment. I think sometimes we don't do practices that can be helpful for us because we get stuck on trying to do things perfectly.

The first way you can ground your energy is to connect with nature. Whenever you're in nature, that's a great start. Feeling your bare feet on the earth is a really great way, feeling the grass, or the dirt. Being in the ocean. Being at any natural water source, listening to the sounds of nature, or observing nature, just getting out there is the number one way you can start to ground yourself and bring yourself back to this physical connection with the physical.

The second way to ground your energy is through visualization exercises. This is one that I often do and is really my go to. I use this a lot as part of my Reiki sessions for others too. When I am working with a person who has a lot of anxiety, or has a very busy mind, I'll try to help by doing some visualization exercises during our session to ground them. These exercises will help to bring them back down, keep them feeling stable and steady. When we're anxious we're not feeling safe or secure. That's part of what grounding is about. So one type of visualization you can do is to picture roots growing from the bottom of your the soles of your feet, and then the visualizing those roots growing deeper through the building, down through the floor of the building, down through the ground underneath, and all the way to the core of the Earth. I sometimes visualize those roots going out connecting to all living beings. This exercise will also help us to remember that we're all one and that we're all connected. When you visualize that nice, deep root system, it helps to give a feeling of security, that we're connected to this earth, and that we have a nice stable wide base to help us be steady.

The next exercise you can use to ground your energy is a one-minute, 5...4...3...2...1 countdown. When we do this we're going to use our five senses, which are always here in the physical. For this exercise you will start by noticing five things that you can see in your immediate environment. Then noticing four things that you can hear in the present moment. Then noticing three things that you can feel in that moment. Then noticing two things that you can smell, and then ending with one deep breath. Don't worry if you mix up which number goes with which sense! It doesn't matter! This is another great exercise to pull you out of your mind and into the present moment, and help you to connect with your immediate physical environment. This is a great strategy because it only takes one minute to do, you can do it anywhere, and you can do with your eyes open. So, whenever you're feeling scattered or anxious, just do a quick 5,4,3,2,1.

Another way is holding, carrying or meditating with grounding crystals. So there are certain crystals that are really great for grounding. One that I used a lot in the beginning of my journey that I really like is, hematite. Hematite is a darker gray crystal that is usually very shiny. Black Tourmaline and obsidian are two other crystals that are great for grounding. Those are just three, but there are many other grounding crystals. Usually you'll find that they are a darker color. They're going to be gray, black, or dark reds. You can put them in your pocket and keep them with you (my favorite), you can sleep with them under your pillow, or you can do some kind of meditation while holding them.

Lastly, physical exercise, outdoors would be better because you can connect with nature at the same time.

So, those are five ways that you can ground your energy. I'm hoping that this, "Just fold it in series" will be helpful for you.

The first term in this series that we talked about was grounding. Basically I am trying to bring some clarity to these spiritual terms that get thrown out a lot. Grounding again is, pulling your energy back to center, back to the present moment, feeling connected with your physical body, your physical environment, and feeling safe, stable and secure.

I hope that that is helpful for you, and please let me know if you have any more terms that you would like to see explained or talked about further. Also, let me know in the comments if you have any other grounding exercises that you'd like to do.

Worthiness ... Investing money in our healing

Worthiness ... What is necessary to bring someone peace and healing? What is necessary for us to get to that place of healing that we need? The first step in the healing process is awareness. The past month we've spoken about awareness of our physical body, our emotional and energetic bodies, how those systems work and ways that Reiki can support our healing on all those levels. Next, there is worthiness. We have to feel worthy of healing. We have to feel that we deserve to put time, effort, money and resources aside for this process ... for our own healing and wellness. Last week we talked about time, more specifically putting aside time for our wellness ... time for treatments, time with a therapist, time for massages, time for energy healing or meditation. Whatever the practices are that resonate with you for your healing ... are you making time for them?

The next component to worthiness is how we allocate our money. This has been another really tough one for me, maybe even more so than time. It's another piece to consider in terms of worthiness and where we're spending our money ... where are we prioritizing our money? I think our society has an opinion on where our money should go. I think us parents often wouldn't bat an eye at spending $500 or even more for a sports program for our kids, but if we were to spend anywhere near that amount for a coaching program or treatments something for our own healing or wellness, we may consider it frivolous or unnecessary.

Another piece of the money conversation is our spending habits. If we were to add up all the money you spend at restaurants or things like that. When you have that hesitation when you go to spend money on yourself, for your wellness (healthy meal prep foods, etc.) maybe we can just stop for a minute and think about the long term investments of our money. Also, think about if we feel worthy of spending this money on ourselves ... think about what the investment of this money will bring to me in the long run.

So I would like to encourage you to think about that. Think about that you are a beautiful divine being, and deserve everything ... deserve all the happiness, peace, and wellness that you can get. So, that's not an easy one for us to remember, but remember that love and care that you want to give to everyone else. Let's remember ourselves in that equation as well.

Worthiness ... Time for Healing

We've talked previously about the awareness of our body, our physical body, emotional, energetic bodies, all that it entails. I talked a little bit about how Reiki can help on all levels on all three of those levels and even in ways that we don't realize. In addition to awareness, we also need to feel worthy. I think many of us struggle with the worthiness of healing. Do we deserve to have this healing? This may not be on a conscious level, but if we felt worthy, then would we put the time aside for it? So I feel like that's the first part of the worthiness right is using our time. How do we prioritize our time? What are we allocating time for and who or what is at the top of the list? If we really are in search of healing ... if we really are in search of something more and better for ourselves ... if we want to be free of pain ... if we want to move forward with goals ... if we want to heal from past issues that we've been hanging on to, then maybe worthiness is the place to visit. Are we worthy enough to receive healing for ourselves? Do we deserve to put this time aside for ourselves every day, every week, every month towards our healing?

Addressing our healing can take place in many forms. I just wanted to put that out there today and see your thoughts. Maybe it's time to check in with your worthiness, check in with what might be stopping you for prioritizing your healing, prioritizing time for yourself each day. It might be time to schedule a doctor's visit, schedule a massage, an counseling appointment or maybe an appointment with an energetic Reiki healing practitioner ... whatever it is that you feel like might be on your healing path right now. Are you putting that time aside for you and what you need? If not, maybe it is something to think about in terms of worthiness. Do I feel worthy enough for this or are others more important than my own healing than my own well being? This might be a tough question. I send this message out with all the love in the world, because it is something that I also need to constantly look at and address myself. I know that you nurturing, loving, giving people want everyone else to be well and we want them to feel loved.

There was a message that came through on one of my morning messages from spirit ... "Heal thyself, heal the world". I think a very important message to remember that if we do want to heal the world and help everyone starting from within, is first. Really starting to address our issues, give ourselves the love and compassion that we deserve, and provide ourselves with the time to do this work and to refuel, refocus, reset and heal.

How Reiki Supports Physical Wellness

There are several ways that Reiki and energy healing can assist with our physical wellness. Over the last month we've been talking about awareness of our physical body, identifying our physical needs, and how our stress can be stored in our bodies (and possibly manifesting as physical ailments). The practice of Reiki and energy work in general can help with healing our physical body in many ways. First, Reiki will activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System, helping our bodies to enter into the "Rest and Digest" mode where our body can do its own healing. Secondly, Reiki goes to a deeper level, helping our bodies to release the blockages from our energy centers, so that our life force energy can flow smoothly through our body.

First, thinking of the parasympathetic nervous system. Our body has what's called the vagus nerve which is the main nerve of our body and innervates all of the organs of our body. I find it extremely interesting that it runs parallel to the chakra system, the energy centers of our body. They are actually placed along the midline of our body, just as the biggest nerve is, and each of the chakras, is associated with the various organs of our body as well. So there's acknowledgement, that there is association between those physical and emotional and energetic parts of our body, working together in unison. Reiki will activate the parasympathetic nervous system by stimulating the vagus nerve will activate the parasympathetic nervous system, our rest and digest mode.

Unfortunately, especially in our day and age, we're in the fight or flight mode for the majority of our lives, where the sympathetic nervous system is engaged. We are in stress mode, in fear mode, where our bodies are working on overdrive. So our heart rate is up and our body is working hard. For our healing and our restoring to happen we need to be in the rest and digest mode, where the parasympathetic nervous system is activated. So the first way that Reiki helps with your body's healing is it helps to tap into your body's own healing capabilities. We've known for many, many years about our body's amazing ability to self heal. We need to give our body that opportunity to slow down in order for it to utilize its self healing abilities. Allow our body to get into that mode and allow for the restoring and healing to happen.

The second way that Reiki can also benefit our physical wellness is on a deeper level. Reiki will always go where you need it the most. It will always be for your highest good. So, it will sometimes goes to a deeper level. As we talked about previously, we all may have stored stress in our body. That's where Reiki can come into play. It can help to release some of the stored energy and help the energy to flow through our system, like it should, without any blockages or impediment.

So with those two pieces working together Reiki can assist your physical wellness.

Identifying our Physical Needs

We have many layers to our body. I think that the first step is definitely starting with our physical body. It's right here, we can touch it and it is with us at all times. Getting to know our bodies and getting to listen to our bodies can be a really powerful first step to wellness, and more specifically identifying our physical needs. So, what does our body need? It sounds like a simple concept but I think there's many of us who haven't even considered that we have needs. I had gotten really good at ignoring all the signals, ignoring what my body needed, and maybe not even considering what I needed. I think we often are caught up in what's the responsible thing to do, what does everyone else want to do, what would be the easiest, what would be most convenient ... but not necessarily thinking about what we need. In terms of physical there are some things that are actual needs. We need food, we need water, but let's get more specific with ourselves in terms of how often we need to eat and what makes our body feel good. How much water do you really need? And are you planning for that? Are you planning for those those times to eat? Are you planning for that water intake?

So I challenge you to start really identifying what you need. So you can even keep a running list on your fridge or in your phone. Whatever works for you but starting to really think about it. Some of the things might surprise you. So for me, I definitely need warmth in some way or form. Cold feels like pain to me, so I need to plan for that I need to make sure I have the appropriate weather wear. So these are things that we can do for ourselves. What are the other needs that you have to make your physical body feel well? I also know that sometimes I need quiet. So I need to plan in that section of quiet time that's apart from other people in order for me to decompress, to restore and reset. If I ignore that need then I will have the consequences that follow. Depending on what physical need we're ignoring it could be irritability, illnesses, that rundown feeling, or that tired feeling. Inevitably it will catch up with us. I think we try to convince ourselves that we can do it all and that we can push through it. We almost wear it like a badge of honor. That we can keep pushing, that we can make it without, that we can keep pushing through pain, or keep pushing through this or that. But, you know, isn't really a badge of honor. I think for myself I've come to realize it it's more honorable to take care of ourselves enough so that we are full. That way we can serve the way that we know we were meant to, we can be the role model that we want to be, we can be proud of ourselves at the end of the day, and we can feel good about what we did.

So I would love to encourage you to work on that. Keep a running list, and anything that pertains to your physical well being can go on there. This is our first step to really planning in things for ourselves that we need. Look for things around your eating, drinking, your physical sensations (i.e warmth).

Remember that it is okay to want to feel good and we are supposed to feel good every day. So hopefully you do well with this! I wish you luck! Let's do this ... let's start to get in tune with our bodies and start to really know what we need.

Awareness of our Physical Body

So definitely the first step to any wellness, is awareness. We need to be aware of where we are, aware of that there is an issue in order to address it right. We need awareness of where we're at, so that we can move to that place that we want to be. I think so often in this world we are moving so quickly, and we are filling ourselves to the brim. We are filling our minds and filling our schedules to maximum capacity. So we don't often have that moment or that mental space left for us to think about and to to really tune in to our bodies and find out where we are. I know several different professions where we are encouraged to keep going and we don't have that moment to really listen to what our body needs because of responsibility to students or to patients, or to clients of some sort. We have been trained to ignore those body cues, like hunger and thirst and having to use the restroom. Some of those basic needs, we have been training ourselves to ignore them, so that we can fulfill our responsibilities. What I'm encouraging you to do now is to take that time to purposely build in some time, a few times a day, maybe to check in, and really listen to those cues. Ask yourself, "Am I hungry? Am I thirsty? Do I need to use the restroom?". Listen to those aches and pains of your body. What are they telling you? What is it that your body needs? Being in the moment, and being present is the key. That's easier said than done, right? When we are in this, "Go, Go, Go" busy culture it takes some actual practice of mindfulness and being in the moment to get there.

What I love to do for this is a nice body scan. So this is something that I practice daily and I use this when I do my live guided meditations during the week. The reason why I love the body scan is because it gives you a systematic way to go through every part of your body and listen. You can tune in and have full awareness just on that body part, just on your body at the moment. It helps us to practice. That's what meditation is ... a practice ... practice bringing our minds back to the present moment. Our minds are going to wander! Some days more than others. And that's okay! The practice is bringing it back to the focal point. In this case the focal point is your body. When we can really tune in we will start to notice how we are holding our bodies throughout the day. Sometimes we don't realize that we're going through our days with our shoulders hunched up to our ears and then we come home with a neck ache or backache or headache and not really sure why. So, when we do this and we take this time to go through our body it helps us to tune in to get those cues from our body. The more that we do this, the more that will be ingrained in us to do this throughout the day so not just during a meditation, quiet, sit down time, but throughout the day as you're moving along. You'll be more apt to stop and think, "How is my body feeling right now?". Or you'll start to notice when something's tense, and you'll be able to then let go and release those muscles so that you don't end up at the end of the day with these aches and pains that we don't need to have. I encourage you to try this every day and you'll get to the point where you don't need the guidance anymore and you can you kind of know the process of going through each body part.

It really does amazing things for relaxing our body and amazing things for training us to be more mindful to be in that moment to tune into our bodies to our physical bodies. We do have several layers of our body and that's where I'll be going next time for some future videos. But wanting to tune in to where our physical body is is a great start. So slowing down ... presence ... checking in ... and then changing course, if you need to. If you're noticing that your body needs something, if you're noticing that your muscles need to be let go or need to be released, then you now have that choice. Now that you have the awareness, then we're empowered to have the choice to help our body, in whatever way it needs.

Here’s What My Haircut Reminded Me … Declutter Your Life

So I was finally able to go get a haircut.  It had been months and I was not feeling like myself.  When I came out of the salon I had this free feeling.  I felt lighter, like I had shed layers that were not “me”.  I felt like I was “ME” again.  I felt that I was more aligned with who I am and the style I feel drawn to.

This got me thinking about decluttering in all areas of my life.  What if we applied this concept to all areas of our lives including our mental space, physical space and digital space.  Let go of old layers that no longer align with our true self.

I recently began the mammoth task of decluttering my email inbox.  It had gotten out of control.  When I looked at the number of unread emails I knew I needed to take action (and get to the bottom of why there were so many I didn’t even open).  It was pretty eye opening when I realized that I had cluttered up my inbox and ultimately my mind with other people’s opinions.  I was looking outside of myself for the answers.  The flurry of unsubscribing and deleting that followed was extremely freeing and rewarding.  I cleared space for my own intuition to be heard.  I unsubscribed from anyone that didn’t FEEL in alignment with my true self.  It was an amazing way to evaluate where I want to be heading and to make space for me to look inward.

I found a similar experience when decluttering my physical space.  When going through my physical things I asked myself who I wanted to be and what I wanted my life to look like.  This was an incredible perspective to approach this task with as it really helped with letting go of things that did not align with where I wanted to go.  During this decluttering we can evaluate the energy behind why we are keeping certain items.  Are we keeping items out of guilt?  Out of a lack mindset?

All of these things together can help us clear the mental clutter that is taking up space and making it harder to hear our own intuition.  What else is cluttering up your mind?  What are those negative thought patterns that are continually running through your mind that no longer align with who you want to be or the goals you are reaching for?  These thoughts become beliefs that we hold as true and they limit us from growing and achieving.  When we can bring these beliefs to the level of awareness and process through these to release - we can be free … lighter … and more aligned with our true selves.

Let go what everyone else wants and their opinions.  Let go of things we are holding onto out of guilt or obligation.  Let go of the previous phase of our life so we can step into the next.  Let go of the limiting beliefs that are holding you back.

Let’s clear out … shed layers… realign with our true selves.

If you would like to start the process of identifying the limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck check out my Free Resources section to get your worksheet.

Affirmations … What are you sending out to the universe?

“Your beliefs become your thoughts, Your thoughts become your words, Your words become your actions, Your actions become your habits, Your habits become your values, Your values become your destiny.” ― Mahatma Gandhi.

As we go through our days we have a running loop of thoughts.  The question is, are these thoughts supporting you or bringing you down?  This is where affirmations come in.

What are affirmations?  Affirmations are positively phrased statements that are reviewed in your mind, stated out loud or written down to reinforce a new belief that you desire to hold about yourself or about the way the world works.

Affirmations work in two ways.

First, using affirmations is like a filter for your mindset.   When you affirm something such as, “Everything always works out well for me”, your mind will automatically start to look for evidence to prove this statement.  Unfortunately, it also works the opposite way.  For example, if you are saying to yourself, “This is not my day!”, your mind will have a filter on that looks for the bad parts of your day and you will easily overlook all the good parts of your day.  This also encourages us to interpret all events in a negative way.  There is a quote from Eckhart Tolle that states that it is not what happens to us that causes suffering but the story we tell ourselves about what happened to us.

Secondly, affirmations work with the laws of energy.  It is scientifically known that thoughts are energy.  When we have a thought we are putting out a certain vibrational frequency depending on the type of thought.  Every thought has an influence on us and everything around us; therefore, we need to be very aware of what it is that we are sending out into the universe.

We are able to choose one thought over another.  What are you going to choose?  Let’s choose to support ourselves.  Let’s choose to bring in good energy into our lives!

Limiting Beliefs … What’s holding you back?

As we look at others and feel that spark of envy or we think about a long held dream that we’ve always had, we feel those thoughts creeping up.  The thoughts that sound like, “Good things never happen to me.” or “I’m not smart enough” or “I don’t have the right credentials” or “Things are always difficult for me”.  These are common examples of limiting beliefs that many of us hold.  Let us break down this term … Belief: a thought that we hold to be true … Limiting … something that holds us back, keeps us small … limits our experiences.  So, a limiting belief is a belief that we hold to be true (about ourselves or about how the world works) that holds us back from experiences or from achieving the things we’ve always wanted.

Where do these beliefs come from?  They could originate from an experience in our childhood … maybe in first grade you made a picture and someone laughed at it, then from then on the limiting belief, “I can’t draw” began running in the background.  We also can acquire limiting beliefs from those around us.  We can hear our parents say things, our culture, our friends and take those beliefs on as truth.  For example, “Our family is not the type of people who do ___”, “We can’t afford to go ___”, “Money doesn’t grow on trees”, “Women can’t ____”

These limiting beliefs can sometimes be common among many people or they can be completely unique to each person.  The thing they all have in common is they are negative, they are limiting, and they aren’t true.  Truth is only what you believe it to be.  It’s like the famous Henry Ford quote … “If you believe you can or believe you can’t … you are right”.

These beliefs are tricky because often they are running on a loop in our unconscious mind.  The most powerful thing we can do for our healing and overall wellness is to start to identify these limiting beliefs.  If we can bring these beliefs into our conscious awareness now we have the power to address them and move forward.  Limiting beliefs may span across all areas of our lives.  You may have many in each area or maybe more in one area of your life.  I would recommend just selecting one or two areas of your life that you feel are most significant right now.  Once you learn the process of moving through limiting beliefs you can return at any point to address any others that are still lingering or any new ones that may arise.

So are you ready to move forward?  Are you ready for the life you’ve always wanted?  If so, check out my free worksheet to help you begin identifying these limiting beliefs here:
